Paypal is our choice of method to accept payments, it is fast and secure for you and for us. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use Paypal, you can choose to pay as guest using you nominated debit/credit card. We do not collect financial information, as Paypal secure them for both of us.
Postage is measured by weight as declared by Royal Mail with £1.50 extra fee to cover the packaging UK wide. You can order up to 20kg with this option. Please contact us if your order goes beyond this point.

To estimate your shipping, visit your shopping cart and choose Estimate Shipping option. If the country is not within the Royal Mail zone, please don't hesitate to conatct us, we'll sort out something for you.
For peace of mind, we obtain proof of posting for all orders sent.
Cancellations, Returns and Damaged Items
We are truly confident with the quality of our work and services, to pleased our customers. If you wish to return the product, please send us an email and let us know your reason within 7 working days of receiving the products.
You will receive a refund provided the returned product/s are in original packaging, unused, and in re-saleable condition. You will also be reponsible for the cost of return. We cannot give refund if product/s are opened, partly-used, damaged and unresalable. Please be advised that opened and used skin products and cosmetics are exempted from returns under the Distance Selling Act. Refunds will not include the cost of postage and packaging.
When you return the product, please obtain proof of posting from your local post office, in case of an event of the item could not reach us.
All our products are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. If the product/s you received has not reached you in good condition, please contact us within 7 days, a replacement of goods may be arrange or a refund of the damaged item.
Refund will take place after we received the returned products and assessed its condition.
We have the commitment to protect your privacy. Crafting with Beth do not collect financial information. We collect your name, address and contact number, email address to communicate with you and help us process you order, and shipping requierements. Our newsletter sign-up is double opt-in, you will receive another email to confirm your subscription to receive newsletter campaign from us. We will not send you email marketing without your consent.
